zbaje Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply between the zbaje platform and its users. By using the zbaje website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

zbaje is an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you are bound to follow the general principles below:

Accuracy of Account Information

Deposits

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Important Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per registration.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they can only be used through wagering.
• zbaje reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• If the terms of any bonus offer change, zbaje will notify users in advance.

All games and betting services available on zbaje are operated under a fair play policy. Each game has its own rules, which are communicated before the game begins.

Sports Betting

• All bets are considered final and cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules.
• Bets placed on fraudulent or manipulated matches will be voided.

Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by a verified random number generator (RNG).
• In the event of a technical error, the affected round may be voided.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered the final proof.

Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are stated on the relevant game page. zbaje reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit limit setting: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: You can request to close your account for a specified period.

Account Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. In that case, the funds remaining in your balance will be returned (subject to applicable conditions being met).

In each case, zbaje will make every effort to provide a prompt resolution, but will not accept financial liability for losses incurred.

zbaje reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant change:

• The change will be clearly communicated on the website.
• Registered users will also be notified by email where possible.
• The revised terms will take effect from the date of publication.

Continuing to use the platform after the changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
